Star is a stray female cat I saw her when I passed by this area going to pets care clinic to drop one of my rescue cat.
When I saw her my heart was squeezing she was in a miserable condition severe upper respiratory infection, diarrhoea and malnourished
I knew this soul needs help I took her to royal vet clinic she diagnosed with renal failure and pneumonia and she required hospitalization for 15 days and intensive kidney treatment until now she still in the clinic she will require another 15 days hospitalization plus repeating CBC and chemistry
Her initial bill already paid but the new bill still pending
